Harborside Energy Tricks people on switching their provider to Harborside even without consent Jersey City New Jersey

Harborside sent a representative to my house requesting a PSEG bill because there was a "mistake" in my bill. This person never introduced himself as a 3rd party energy provider, instead he never stopped to mention that he was with PSEG and our service would be continued to be provided by PSEG.

I was not at home and my dad answered the door, he does not speak english fluently. This person filled out an entire form to switch my electric and gas service without my signature nor consent. When my dad called me to make sure everything was fine and asked the representative about it he literally said "Your service is being provided from Texas and that's why you are being misscharged, we will now switch it to NJ". When I asked if he was with PSEG he answered yes, when I asked for his name he said Tony and put me on hold, he handed the phone to my dad and walked away.

I had to call PSEG that day to make sure I was not going to get scammed, was on hold for 34 minutes. After receiving the letter that I "REQUESTED" a swtich I had to call again to rollback those changes, I wasted over an hour to fix this mess... I'm reporting this company to the BPU and for those who read this please be aware that this company besides tricking you to switch, rip you off with the rates after some time (Read the reviews on the internet).
