Hard Eight Nutrition, Bulk Supplements Bullk Supplements They left me out to dry HENDERSON NV Nevada

I purchased items from this company bulksupplements.com, for the first time about a week ago. I spent $118 on items and about 5 days later I was wondering where my package was,so i checked the website and the tracking says it was already delivered, days ago.

I called about my missing order and the customer service rep Brenda was no help. She informed me that the company loses packages all the time and maybe it went to the neighbors house and there was nothing they could do and I was on my own to file a report with usps! They did not even care! (what is usps going to do, it says delivered, so now Im out $ becuase it was marked "delivered")!!! I've actually never dealt with anything like this before. Usually if I have any problems with an online order (which does not happen often, and I shop online 3+ a week) The compnay I bought from is very good at taking care of things, but not this compnay! I usually don't file complaints or write reviews but this company is so wrong that I am taking out time to write this and others so people will be warned! 

This is a very shady business practice. We checked our cameras and there was no delivery. A huge order like that would not even fit in my little tiny mail box on my fence, it would have been left on my door up the driveway so the "Tracking" that says it was put in the mail box is a lie. 

 I buy stuff online all the time as you can tell from my paypal summary, I have no reason to lie about anything. I just want what I paid for.

Why continue to work with USPS if they say this is a common problem? WHY?? To benefit their pockets??

They are scamming people out of money and then say oh well when the package does not arrive. I am filing a claim to get my money back since these guys are no help. How dare you leave the customer out to dry! This company has horrible customer service and they are ripping people off!!!
