I went on Robert Armata's (Hard time husslin owner) website and saw two pairs of shoes that i was interested in. On August 6th 2005, I sent a money order of US$160 to the Address.
On August 17th 2005, Robert Armata sent me an email confirming that he had recieved my payment. He told me it would take a while since they were being shipped from China so i was patient.
On September 1st, 2005, Robert Armata sent me an email saying that one of the pair of shoes i ordered were out of stock. So i emailed him and chose another pair.
The first pair i ordered came on October 2nd In a shriveled carton box which gave the shoes creases before i even wore them.
Today is December 23rd 2005, and I STILL HAVE NOT recieved my shoes. This is not the first website I am reporting this too and it will not be my last. I WILL NOT STOP until i find out the status of my shoes.

The Name Doesn't Matter
AUTHOR: April - (U.S.A.)

This is in response to the gentleman that wrote the report titled "It's All In The Name".
First off, if you're going to insult anybody's intelligence by commenting on the amount of brain cells one has, then maybe you should learn how to spell first, because anybody with an ounce of brain cells would know that the word "sence" is actually spelled "sense". Now, I don't know if you were trying to be nice by getting the definition of the word "hustle" out of the dictionary and trying to explain it to everyone but if you look closely, the word "hustle" is not anywhere in the the name of the company. But I guess anybody with an ounce of brain cells could figure the name out, right?
Secondly, when you're supposed to be a "legit" business then your name shouldn't matter. I understand completely what you're trying to say but this Hard Time Husslin we're talking about is not some van on the corner selling merchandise. This business is advertising to billions of consumers on the internet. Now, I'm not saying that just because they advertise on the internet, it means that they're legit, because everybody knows how much fraud is going on through the web. However, they're also advertising to millions of consumers through magazine ads. I'm pretty sure that popular magazines wouldn't want to deminish their reputation and lose customers by letting fraud businesses advertise through them.
The name of a company is just that, a name. It shouldn't reflect how business is conducted. If you're going to advertise in a numerous amount of ways and claim that you're a legit business and blah, blah, blah, then you should stick to your word. Again, we're not talking about some hole-in-the-wall store. We're talking a big, well known business. If you're going to "hustle" your customers, then don't make other individuals look bad in the process by advertising through them because they're doing you a favor.
All that I've said is merely my opinion but I think that I speak for a lot of people. Especially those that are victims of fraud and illegitimate businesses.

Below is the defination of the word hustle. I would think that anybody with an oz. of brain cells would have enough sence to stay away from a company with a name that includes the word hustle.
hus?tle (h?s??l) v. hus?tled, hus?tling, hus?tles. --tr. 1. To jostle or shove roughly. 2. To convey in a hurried or rough manner: hustled the prisoner into a van. 3. To cause or urge to proceed quickly: hustled the board into a quick decision. 4. To gain by energetic effort: hustled a hot lunch. 5. Slang. a. To sell or get by questionable or aggressive means: hustled stolen watches; hustling spare change. b. To pressure into buying or doing something: a barfly hustling the other customers for drinks. --intr. 1. To jostle and push. 2. To work or move energetically and rapidly: We hustled to get dinner ready on time. 3. To act aggressively, especially in business dealings. 4. Slang. To obtain something by deceitful or illicit means. 5. Slang. To solicit customers. Used of a pimp or prostitute. --hus?tle n. 1. The act or an instance of jostling or shoving. 2. Energetic activity; drive. 3. Slang. An illicit or unethical way of doing business or obtaining money; a fraud or deceit: ?the most dangerous and wide-open drug hustle of them all? (Newsweek). I am sending this to everyone that I possibly can because I am real tired of this dude. I received my shoes also, and one pair was all folded up in a box. It made the shoes look so old and wrinkled. I could not believe I paid my money for thoses shoes.
Below is something someone wrote to me that I think will help you out a lot. There are email addresses and also his home number. It actually works because I called him and we chatted a little. Here is what the person wrote:
I have several ways to contact this dude and it DEFINETLY ain't questions@hardtimehusslin.com.

2. is hardtimeanswer@aol.com and
3. is itz bert@aol.com . you can catch him online receiving instant messages with itz bert@aol.com or occasionally hardtimeanswer@aol.com
if you have aol, program these in you i.m. as contacts so you can see when he comes online. i'm tired of being the only one cursing this dude out! this guy name is robert armata and i was given a ph.number by the bbb that supposed to be his, but i haven't used it, maybe you can check it out and have some fun with it! (831)758-6061. report him in the meantime to sanjose.bbb.org , it MIGHT do some good! i know it will get him to respond to you, but with MORE lies! wish me luck with comsumer affairs! i'll keep everbody up dated!!! oh, also, he just sent me an e-mail three days ago crying, talking all big because i cursed him out! he's a very sensitve dude! well he in the wrong business!
