Hardcash USA/Roger offered a loan to a borrower in which he/the company he represents continued to promise the loan would close. Throughout the months to complete the loan HARDCASHUSA and Roger continously misled, promised, and strung out a loan that will never close.
An alleged investor by the name "Albert" who has a 702 phone number claimed to be the check writer and investor who was offering a loan. He refuses to talk to the borrower, and defers all commuication to Roger/Hardcash USA. Through out the loan underwrite process items were still being asked for. Such as more bank statements, updated appraisal, payoffs, etc,.
Over a period of 1 month Hardcash/Roger deferred all delays to a " anonoymous" attorney claiming the attorney was preparing loan DOCs. Loan documents do NOT take weeks to complete. As of this point in the process Hardcash USA and Roger continously request the same items every week. Roger will NOT provide the name of the attorney, firm or state bar number for the alleged attorney preparing closing documents.
Hardcash USA has many other reports, and is continously providing mortgage loan services with NO license.
Stay away if you are in looking for a private money lender/investor. He and his company can NOT perform and will string you along. He also claims to broker is loans through Brokers of America.

The attached letter of intent reflects legal verbiage about Hardcash USA. They claim to there LOI is NOT a binding commitmentto lend and HARDCASH is not a lender they work with private investors and broker out loans. This company does NOT have any licensing to conduct such business. This business per the LOI from 10/31/2018 claims to close there loans in 5 days. This loan is still NOT closed and the company and Roger are still asking for more paperwork.
