I bought a website from this scam artist Phil Autelitano off of Craigslist and it was so-so. I could not blame him for that not being that great, as I did not market it the way i should have and I was stupid enough to buy it from this scammer on Craigslist. The problem came later.
Several months after I bought the website, Phil Autelitano emailed me about how he was looking for a loan and in return I would get residual payment, an opportunity to earn income through marketing and stock in the company. Phil Autelitano borrowed 15k from me on the promise I would be paid back, I would get stock, I would be on the board of directors of the company, etc. None of these things happened. What happened was Phil Autelitano scammed me.
He stopped returning emails for weeks at a time. He never paid me the monthly residuals I was supposed to get always citing some BS expenses at the last second. He would not provide financials. He is basically daring me to sue him because he knows it is costly and difficult long distance.
I have lost my money to this scam artist. He is a liar and a cheat. Before you buy any of his BS marketing knowledge ask him why his crappy business supposedly could not pay back the loan I gave him. The loan was a personal loan as well.
Any that can help me get my money out of this scumbag you can keep half!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM PHILAUTELITANO.COM, HARDCORE CREATIVE OR TURNKEYPRINTSHOPS.COM.
Now this peice of excrement is offering a "1 day website jam" where he will rip you and 5 of your friends off! Hopefully no one is stupid like I was and buys into his smooth talking BS. What kind of "GURU" is so flat broke that he cant pay back 15k? Or is he just another scammer hopping from sucker to sucker? Think about it before you do anything with Phil Autelitano!!!!

Ever the wordsmith......twisting things to match your story. Well Phil Autelitano, How about we take a trip down memory lane? I have every single bit of correspondence we ever had. I had no complaints about the printing website you sold me. That was not the issue. The issue was the 15k you screwed me out of. Here is your initial email looking for investors:

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Bill is disgruntled.

Bill Lane is obviously disgruntled, and for good reason:
Bill says his business and website didn't work out for him. As he clearly stated himself, he did not market it the way he should have. Yet he is quick to blame everyone else for that.
He seems to be quite lazy, in fact, he wants something for nothing, and simply can't follow instructions. We partnered together on a project, which he "invested" in -- to create a business reselling the turnkey print shop solution I had developed -- but then never followed-through with it as planned and really left me hanging; in a bind, with a company that he owns 15% of, but will refuse to help with -- instead resorting to RipOff Report to complain because he didn't get his way; because he didn't want to work. So I'm left holding my balls, here, with all the bills, dissolving the company, collections, etc.
He was all talk. He was going to do this and that, and he was going to be the salesperson, but he just did whatever he wanted, didn't follow the plan we had, he worked whenever he felt like it, while the rest of us worked our butts off. Again, trying to get as much as possible for as little effort as possible.
Turns out, Bill was SPAMMING people. He was SPAMMING classfied sites with an automated bot -- sabotaging the brand we had built prior to his involvement. He spend hundreds of dollars on software to do it without telling anyone. Next thing you know our emails are getting banned and blacklisted, banned from Craigslist, etc. He was also running some sort of Twitter scam selling followers to people. He was misrepresenting our solution as a business opportunity to people -- which went against everything we stood for.
As soon as I was made aware of these things, I asked him to stop. Then he disappeared for a year, only to come back wanting his "investment" back because he didn't get his way, because it all didn't turn out as planned, because he didn't want to do the work (the right way) but still wanted to get paid. How come he's not asking for his money back on the SPAM bot? Or maybe he is, since he got what he wanted out of that already, too.
He had made some sales, and earned some commissions, telling people how GREAT the website product we sell is, and how he was making so much money with it. I can show you email after email of him PRAISING our product to prospects -- yet now he tells you it's all a scam? Come on, Bill.
So was he lying to THEM or is he lying to YOU?
Either way, can you really trust what he has to say?
That's for YOU to decide.
Maybe this will help:
I don't sell a "business opportunity" I sell a turnkey ecommerce solution for graphic designers and print brokers who want a fast and easy solution to sell online. Some people DO buy it to get started in the business, but we never sell it as an opportunity, per se, and I've given strict instructions -- to Bill as well -- to never sell it that way, to never make claims about income, to never make promises or guarantees about what the site will earn -- that's not how we do business. We sell an ecommerce solution, NOT a business opportunity.
If you open an eBay store and don't sell anything, it's not eBay's fault -- they simply sell you the solution.
If you open a store on Bigcommerce or Shopify and it doesn't work out, you don't blame them, they simply sell you the solution.
Our solution is actually built on the Bigcommerce platform. We modify it for you, we set it up for you. We provide it to you turnkey and ready to go, along with lots of cool bonus stuff. But from there, the rest is up to you. We don't make promises, it's IMPOSSIBLE to tell you how much money you'll make with it -- that's absurd, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to make promises like that, which is why I strictly forbid it.
Now I have been named a Premium Partner of Bigcommerce for the level of service I provide to my clients. There's a reason for that.
I have been given an A- Rating by the Better Business Bureau. There's a reason for that, too.
Sure, we're not without issues, but we do our best to make sure every customer is happy; every problem solved. When you get into dealing with so many customers over time, there are bound to be complaints. It's how you handle those complaints that counts.
Since 2009, I have helped over 300 people with my turnkey print shop solution. And again, we have our share of complaints -- maybe 2 or 3 on the record, 5 or 6 off. Still, that's a GREAT PERCENTAGE. Better than most businesses.
If you have any questions about the turnkey print shop solution we offer, please feel free to email me at phil@turnkeyprintshop.com -- I'll be more than happy to put you in contact with REAL references -- existing customers who have been very happy with it, partner companies we work with, friends, colleagues, I'll even put you in touch with people who were UNHAPPY with it, if you want, so you can hear how we handled their situations as well.
Bottom line, I'm all about providing service -- whether it's the actual production or design service, or the customer service and follow-up that goes with it. I'm certainly not perfect, but I do my best to make every customer happy.
Say what you want, Bill. I'm sorry you spent more time crafting your RipOff Report than you did trying to make our business grow. I'm sorry you had to resort to name calling and cheap shots. Had you followed through on YOUR promises, maybe it would have worked out better for all of us.
I have faith in my in product, and in peoples' abilities to see through all that disgruntled stuff. And I would certainly NEVER call a customer a "sucker." Now you see why that whole project was DOOMED from the start -- that is how BILL thinks of the people he sells to.

philautelitano.com is the main website this scumbag is using right now but he is still actively scamming people in mulitple ways.
This scumbag touts himself as some king of GURU and yet the only money he has is what he steals by borrowing money and then just simply not paying it back.
Etailogic.com is the site he used to screw me over and steal 15k.
Hardcorecreative.com is his current rip off site with multiple scams running there.
Here is more info - this is another site this scumbag is using, likely built with the 15k he STOLE from me.
turnkeyprintshop.com - he scams suckers via Craiglist etc into buying his cheap poorly made websites. But its my belief he uses these sites to get multiple streams on income out of people looking to make a living all the while knowing that his "turnkey" idea is not sustainable and has a huge fail rate.
I have documentation of this scumags' agreeement to pay me back. I have every single peice of communication ever made between Autelitano and myself as it was 100% email. I am actively seeking a partner to go after this scammer and get my money back. i am willing to award 50% of the recovery to anyone who can nail this dirtbag!!!!
