Hardister Services of Red Oak, Texas was hired to replace a residential concrete driveway.  Unknown to resident, the owner (Rod Hardister) subcontracted the work to another business and then failed to pay the subcontractor.  The subcontractor is now placing a Lien on my home for the balance owed to them $4100.    Hardiser Services has gone by several other names, most recently (G&R Construction, Red Oak, Tx).   Hardister Services does business throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, and has changed ph#'s.   

An Internet Search reveals several issues with Rod Hardister and his companies.  Use caution when contracting for your Home Improvement projects.    He starts off great, but quickly fails to keep his promises after he's got a homeowner's cash.
