When I first contacted the company via email I got this response:
>In order for us to properly process your request, please provide us
with the following information:
> Full Name:
> First twelve digits of Card#:
> Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly process your
> Tech Support
After I did this, Nothing was done. I wrote more emails to which
they responded they would cancel my membership at the end of their membership period, but would not reimburse my money. I called the company and basically got a snide, "Too bad."
I wanted to inform the Better Business Bureau but was unable to get any real company name or address. All I have as info is the internet address.
They should be thrown off the Internet and prosecuted!
