Hardtimehusslin bad business practices and POSSIBLE rip-off Salinas California

i ordered from hardtimehusslin in sept. of this year(2005) on the 17th appoximately. i sent in a payment of a money order for six pair of shoes totaling $355.00. they received my money order and cashed it and posted it on their website that they received it and that my order was processing on the 26th of sept.

I didn't receive my order until oct.11th which was probably standard time BUT i only received 2 out of 6pair of shoes i was supposed to receive. i received an e-mail later that day telling me that my order was out of stock and i had to pick another order.

mind you, it was 15 or 16 days AFTER i had placed my order and they said it was processing. they could have alerted me earlier that they was out of stock, and they didn't have my order. what were they doing? that's not where it stops,i'm on my third re-order because they're claiming each time that their out of stock each time!

they never update the availability of the older sneakers or the sizes, so how do you supposed to know what they have available? i have brought this to teir attention but they just look over it. i NEVER get responses to my e-mails, the only time i get emails is if they are telling me to re-order because they are out of stock, no other responses!

they have TERRIBLE business practices. they keep you sitting around in the dark, not knowing whats going on with your order and when you get your order, it's not the size you ordered.

i've resent my 3rd attempt of the remaining 4 pairs of my shoes today (nov.1rst) and i'm waiting for a response to my new order to see if it comes up out of stock again 2weeks later AFTER i been waiting because they said my new order was processing. i'll keep you informed, because i might not get them at all! i've reported these bamma's to the better business bureau also because i'm fed up. i already got ripped off by (name deleted)COMPLETELY!!!
