I purchased a cold press coffee maker from this company. 10 days later I decided to give them a call to find out what the status of my order was since I had not recieved a shippment confirmation. After attemting to call several time over a 2 day period with no answer I decided to dend an email. 4 days later still no response to that email. I think its safe to say this company has ripped me off.
