Hargrave and Associates promissed I would recieve a mastercard from their company, the purpose of the mastercard was to build good credit on my report. They deducted the 100.00 from my credit card in feb. but I still have not rec'd the card as of today June 23, 2007. When calling the company I never recieved a straight answer, no one called to inform me as to why I have not rec'd. Currently I have called to request my money back after 4 mths. of waiting for something that obviously is not going to arrive.

I also went through hargrave and assoicates in 2008 and they really helped get things off my credit as long as i kept up my end of the bargin by sending them all the things I was getting in the mail from the credit people.
I got the mastercard but its not issued from them its from New Horizons. you get a letter in the mail telling you about it then you sign up through New horizons because they charge a 59.00 annual fee and they send you the card. It has nothing to do with hargrave anymore after that. Its a totally different company
