On Aug 01, 03 I ordered forward controls for my harley along with a kickstand bracket, brake line kit and shifter linkage. I was quoted by Dennis a price of $500.00 plus $7.50 for UPS C.O.D. for a total of $507.50 for all parts. they advertised just the forward controls for $ 263.50.
I ordered over the phone and was told they would be shipped 2nd day air, via UPS.
So, it already was starting out rocky when UPS did not show up at my house until Aug 11th, 03.
When I picked up the box the next day at UPS I paid my $507.50 opened the box and the only thing in it was the forward controls. NO Kickstand bracket, NO brake line kit and NO Shifter linkage.
These guys will not answer the phone, they only e-mail me saying I'm lying. They say I received the parts and they can prove it.
I told the Rip off artist that I can prove they did not send the parts.
The box they sent only the forward controls in only had a shipping weight of (8) Lbs. I took the box back down to UPS and verified the shipping weight and it would have shipped at the (8) Lbs with only the forward controls.
If they had sent me all my parts that I paid for. the box would have had a shipping weight of (9) to (10) Lbs at least.
Dave & Dennis continue not to answer the phones.
As of this date I have requested my parts I paid for but did not receive and as of this date Sep 09, 03 I still have not received my parts I paid for.

I at the time was the owner of D.&D. Ind.I until now never knew this had been stated on this web site.D.&D. Ind. Had been and was always founded on customer service providing the best customer service and products available. The complaint had the person told everything would have told you he did receive what he ordered and placed the order for what he had forgotten to order.
It must be easy to blame others for your own short comings.Last I knew they had everything needed once ordered and was riding happily.If I am wrong let the buyetr prove it otherwise to all of our customers will be proven false.
