We contracted with this company to come out and resurface the center of the driveway between the two apartment buildings and seal coat inside the garage areas on both side, this was 12 garages altogether.  And when the center of the driveway dried to they were to come back and seal coat it.

On the day that they were to come out we had 24 tenants move their car out of their garages and arranged for them to park in the church parking lot across the street for 2 days.  The company was to be there at 8:00 a.m.  At 9:00 a.m. I called them and was informed that we were not on their schedule for that day or any day.  They had completly dropped the ball!  We rescheduled for the next day.

After they did the job and left it took 3 days for everything to dry not two and that was a big problem.  And than a week later it rained and the water was not draining into the drain the was in the center of the driveway but into the garage areas instead.  We called them back out to fix and problem and it took several calls to get them to do it.  They put in what i will call burns and that sorta solved the problem.  But we have called them many times trying to get them to come out and finish the job and seal the center of the driveway and the burns!  And the burns are just coming a part. They are not responing to any of our calls!
