Taras Kuzyshyn is a lower grade Ebay buyer scammer. Alias Ebay id HaroldWren is a mail order computer ebay scammer from Copernicus 27/5 in the city of Ivano-Frankovsk country of the  Ukraine. Has left 8 negative feedbacks in a row after recieving and stealing the jewelry and coin. Taras steals from hardworking sellers that are barely getting by financially on Ebay.  This Buyer buys from Ebay sellers and then claims that he did not recieve the item. His average purchase is almost always $49 dollars.  He has scammed upwards of 15 individual sellers of jewelry and coinage and all have victims have been contacted and have reported him and yet he continues to be able to practice on Ebay because Ebay is afraid of alienating it's buyers even when it's buyers are actually blatantly obvious criminals that extort and manipulate their victims unmercilessly.  If you have been victimized please get on the phone and call Ebay and tell them your story or contact his other victims through his feedback board.  Taras Kuzyshyn would be in medium security prison in the United States.
