On November 4 2009 I purchased Harmonicas to the value of $231.00, and paid for them using my credit card. I have dealt with this company several times in the past, and their service had always been excellent.
The goods did not arrive, and I commenced email correspondence. After responding to my first couple of emails, the company went quiet.
I then contacted their usual transport company, DHL, who have been very helpful. DHL say they have no record of any goods from Harp Depot sent to me on or near that date.
The Company, Harp Depot, aka Buckeye Trading have not responded to any of the emails that I have sent this year(2010)
They may have gone out of business, but the website is still up, and as far as I can see, is still taking orders.
