Security at Harrah's distributed private confidential information on my friend.

Be careful going into the Harrah's - Horseshoe Council Bluffs Casinos and talking or sharing personal stories because my friend did and a management employee in security spread the information to others that caused my friend problems. I don't know what they have on file on their guests but, they aren't to be trusted!!!!

What is the "Privacy Information Act"?

I've never heard of such a thing. The previous rebuttal is correct - if you don't want certain information out there, don't share it outside the context of privileged communications (i.e. physician-patient, attorney-client, etc.)

I'm not seeing a ripoff, or a violation of the law in your report.

If your friend goes to a casino an blabs information that he/she doesn't want to get around, who's really at fault? The casino employees are not psychiatrists. They do not have patron confidentiality agreements.

I'll bet your friend also thinks what happens in Vegas really stays in Vegas. Hahaha!
