I went in the store to look for some swimming trunks since I had forgotten mine and would need some. I was able to find a pair that seemed like they fit, but I didn't see a changing room in the store, so I was unable to try them on for sure to see if they fit. I ended up going to the cashier and purchased the trunks. At no point was I informed that there was a no return policy by the cashier, and there weren't any signs listing this anywhere in the store either. I ended up getting to my hotel and trying on the swimming trunks with my boxers on to see if they fit, but unfortunately they did not. I went right back to the store to see if I could exchange the shorts for a different size, but I was informed by the sales person that they didn't allow any returns or exchanges because of a Nevada law. I explained to the sales person and even talked to the manager that at no point was I told before or during the purchase that there were no returns or exchanges, as well as no signs being visible throughout the whole store stating this.

Eventually the manager relented and gave me the number to the corporate office, and told me to ask for "Alex" that following Monday (I purchased the trunks on a Friday). I let the manager know that I was from out of town and would be leaving on Saturday, so if there was anything I could do ahead of time, but she said there wasn't. I eventually called the corporate number later that day hoping I might possibly be able to get things taken care of, but they told me that there was no one by the name of "Alex" working there. I eventually left Las Vegas, and called up the corporate office again that Monday, but was met with the same response, that there was no one by the name of "Alex" working there. I called the store and informed the of the situation, and instead of them taking care of the situation, they kept passing the phone from employee to employee telling me that they were going to give the phone to their "manager", and eventually hung up in my face. I tried calling back but was either met with a response that they couldn't do anything, or they would hang up.

I couldn't believe the poor customer service I received again and again from this company. I will never shop here again when I'm back in Las Vegas, I've warned all of my friends about my experience, and now I'm letting you know. Unless you are looking to get ripped off and deal with shady associates, do not shop here!
