Me and my boyfriend have been having problems with north branch, the one on Calumet Ave.

Couple of months ago I thought I lost my wallet, and I forgot my phone at home, I couldn't remember the Harris 1-800 number, so I had to look in yellow pages and found the branch's phone #. I called them up and told them what happened, The girl I talked to canceled my old card and said they'll send me a new one, I told her that i also recently moved and told her the new address to send it to, she said she changed it for me. Couple of weeks later, my mother gets my card in the mail...thank god that my previous address was with my parents, but what if it wasn't...and then someone else would've gotten it, I might have as well lost yet another card. This time I called 1-800 #, they told me that the address was never changed, they apologized for it, made a note to the branch's manager and changed my address for me.

Another time was when my boyfriend changed his name, he went in to fill out paper work for his name change at the bank, couple of weeks later, I was trying to deposit his paycheck to find out that they never changed his name, I told the girl what happened, she looked for a minuet to look around, then told me she found his papers, she guessed they were put aside and never processed, she said she'll take care of it and went ahead and deposited the check. I also asked her before I left if he'll get his new debit card w/ his new name, and she said he should get it in a week or so. Next week, the name was changed, but no debit card, I asked the other girl about it and she said he should get it soon...a month or more went by, no debit card. He had to call 1-800 number bout something else, and brought up the debit card, they told him that the new debit card was never requested!

I have no idea what the heck those people in that branch are doing...they barely ever have anyone over there, so I know they're not that busy, I'm surprised our money gets deposited into our accounts.
