Harris County toll road authority HCTRA Houston Texas

I get a notice in the mail dated February 1 , 2016 from the toll rds attorneys in Dallas saying I owe $1153.25, for 53 tolls equalling $92.25, saying they want it in one payment, I'm unemployed and disabled, due to a error saying my ez tag wasn't activated even though I did activate it, I've talked to every supervisor at the law firm and toll authority, being on hold for over an hour 3 times, as soon as I got this I tried to get the information on why, they can email me that my tag has been activated and email me when they take money out of my account but I was told today that they can't email me if there's a problem with my account, seriously ? This is highway robbery at its finest, I will see you in court this is outrageous, I owe $92.25 and they want $1153.25. Taking it to Akin and have already contacted 3 news channels on investigative reporting. I asked if I could sit my fine out in jail, was told no, never got a straight answer other than " you're just going to have to pay it in full" this is B.S.
