Harris Digital Publishing Group - Net Detective ripoff fraudulent sneaky uncontactable full VoiceMail No Support Deland Florida

I paid for and used the web based NetDetective to locate a loved one, I even canceled hours after I was done. Thinking that the deal was done I forgot about it, until today when I found charge for 30$ on my bank account. I went to the site to rectify this and was told that my email address was not in their data base, I even tried every email address I had, and nothing. This seems to me to be straight fraud. I still have yet to send a letter requesting a refund, but in this day and age sending a letter to get a refund on an electronic debit is inane. I mean if they can take my money online why can't they give it back the same way? AND when I called their "customer support" number the automated voice let me know that the mailbox was full. After some digging on their site I did find reference to the extension 304 for an actual person. I left a message but I expect no response.
