I enrolled with Net Detective to do background searches for rental properties. I can't even find the download. I tried to contact customer service, so I would be walked thru by phone, but there were never any replys so I tried billing information, and was sent back to the download site, and asked what Net Detective Download I tried to download, over and over again.
I have sent numerous emails to customer service. No reply. This is a very sophisticated network, to be sent back time and time again to the same place after you pay for their services. I am divorced, and have a child at home, what a loser! They get rich off innocent people, who are trying to do what is right. HELP! Ripped off in Tx!
