Harris Digital Publishing, Net Detective 8.0 ripoff fraud business Deland Florida

I thought that I was going to get a program so that I could locate lost family members. But I didn't even get a chance to find out if it worked. I faxed in a manual credit card order and never received a link to download the software from. In addition the that (as if that wasn't enuff) they charged me twice for the software I never even received.

I have tried to contact them and as of yet no to no avail. I emailed them several times at their supposedly customer care address. I notified them that I had been charged twice and still no reply. This is a company that I would never do any type of business with under normal circumstances, but my interest in being able to locate a family member prodded me to purchase this software.

Please be aware that this company is a scam and a rip-off according to my experiences and others.
