My husband and I were also treated poorly at Harris Ford. They sold us a 2004 Ford Escort that was a total lemon. We tried many times to return it with no success.
When we tried to buy another car, they said that our Focus had no value (after we'd owned and paid on it for a year) and that we would be backwards in another car - we should just live with the Focus for a couple of more years and then come back to see them.
Hell will freeze over before I ever return to Harris Ford. They treat you like you're second class citizens, which is amazing because 1. the advertise to people who have bad credit and 2. they class of employee they have at Harris is pretty seedy.
I'll never buy another car from Harris. I will however gladly shop at Bickford Ford. They are the nicest, greatest bunch of guys over there. They let you look and take your time and they sit with you to find great financing - what a pleasure to have in this day and age of poor customer service.
