I filled out credit application online for an approval for a car loan and got a call back a day later saying that I was approved for a loan when can I come in. I told them that I didn't want to waste their time or mine and that I had vary little or no money to put down, the girl from the loan department told me that would be no problem and that their were three programs that I qualified for HAH !
I told her that I know I have problem credit and I did not want to drive an hour if their was nothing you could do, Again I was insured that yes absolutely they can put me in a new car. so I made appointment. needless to say after working with a pushy salesman and three hours later I got my answer 4000 down and 460 a month for 72 months for an 18,000.00 dollar Elantra

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Yes this is a scam
AUTHOR: Matt - (U.S.A.)

Im an ex employee. Im actually an ex salesman. Yes this is a scam. They do this to get you into the store. They see it as the more people that they are in front of the more they can sell cars. They get you there and make you (try to make you) fall in love with a car so when they come back and slap you in the face with a big down payment you dont care anymore or will fight to try to get a co-signer just to get the car. Beware of this.
