Harry and David Look what happen to me! Beware!!!! I bough four 12 days of Christmas displays from Harry and David thinking they were reputable and was sadly wrong! The packages on all four were very substandard and they arrived in an embarrassing state. see photos, When I complained they sent me this... I have NEVER seen this poor level of customer support. Stay away!!!

I bough four 12 days of Christmas displays from Harry and David thinking they were reputable and was sadly wrong! The packages on all four were very substandard and they arrived in an embarrassing state. (see photos) When I complained they sent me this...
"Please accept our apologies for the poor condition of your gift.
While we are unable to send a partial replacement of just the house box, we would be happy to offer your recipient of one of the following options:
• Moose Munch Coffee, or
• After Dinner Truffles (Dark, Milk and Dark Chocolate Mint)"
I do not want these items and I want my money back or a replacement. I have NEVER seen this poor level of customer support. Stay away!!!
Such a breach of trust. Don't trust Harry and David. They clearly care little about their performance or reputation.
