Harry Irvine Deciptive Air Conditoning Vendor Lomita California

I was refered to Harry Irvine of California Air Conditioning of Lomita, CA.  He sent a technican to my home to check the reason my central air conditioning was not working.  The technican informed me that I needed a new pump and that he would contact my warranty company and order the part which was going to cost me well over a thousand dollars even with apparently a senior discount.  My warranty company decided not to pay.  Mr. Irvine worked out the details with me because I informed him that I would pay myself.  I waited and waited for weeks and the part that he was suppose to order never arrived, apparently.  His receptionist who answers the phones in his company gave me one excuse after another.  They would not return phone calls or even answer e mails that I sent to them.  In addition, when his technican came out,, he left my thermostat not working and a part in my home which had nothing to do with the reason he came out originally. 

Finally, I got disgusted and contacted another air conditioning repair company.  When the second technican came out he informed me that a valve was turned off which is why the central air condition was not working and the first technican had turned off a button for my thermostat which is why it no longer operated.  I saved over $900 by getting a second opinion.

I would like to recommend that no one ever do business with Harry Irvine of California Air Conditioning Co of Lomita, California.  He and his company are a total rip off and not truthful with customers what so ever.
