Harry Nolan Tree Service Employee of Nolan's: Ricky Williams. Scam Artists Jacksonville, Florida

Ricky Williams(supervisor for the jobs) and others employees of Nolan's, on behalf of Harry Nolan's Tree Service, collected a sum of 2060.00 from me, an 85 year old woman and has left my backyard in a total disaster!  I have tried for close to a year to get them to either complete the jobs they were contracted to do or return my money and walk away.  They refuse to do either.  The hundreds of times I have called they make excuses for not coming out or show up for ten minutes, do nothing, and take off!  My backyard now is a total mess.  Partially cut trees down, debris all over, a fence destroyed, rotten plywood halfway nailed to a deck, and twenty koi killed because the back fence was destroyed and the predators had easy access!  These people are preying on the elderly and need to be stopped!
