My wife and I were definitely fooled by this guy. STAY AWAY from HARSHEET PATEL. We are disappointed, frustrated, angry with his inability to deliver his product - the prints and album of our wedding.

We got married in July 2012 and to date have only one set of "cluster" prints - of which 20% are the wrong images... and we're still waiting... 

Harsheet's responsiveness is unreliable and unprofessional. It would take a barrage of emails and Facebook messages to get any response, delayed at best. TERRIBLE. I have a small business myself and communication is half the game. So are reviews, which is why he wanted us to review him immediately after the wedding rather than after the deliverables. Dont review until after you have your deliverables!! 

He claimed to have a hard drive crash (see other reviews with similar excuses) so we had to wait. We got our images for review 3 MONTHS later, not 3 weeks per the contract. WE had to wait until DECEMBER to get our DVD of images...5 months after our wedding. We selected the images and emailed him, but then we had to send it to him AGAIN just to have him then actually send the WRONG PRINTS which we had coordinated. AND it was on a lower quality print than what he had at the bridal show - a bait and switch using cheaper stuff?! are you serious?! In contrast, our videographer was able to deliver in 3 weeks a finished product. Don't settle for less. 

STAY AWAY! The price may be competitive but the HEARTACHE and DISTRESS of NOT HAVING our prints and deliverables, the worry about not ever getting them - ridiculous. We are going to take him to small claims court, and working with a lawyer on that now. He has only sent us 1 of the deliverables that we signed up for, which are incorrect images anyway and not on time - total breach of contract. 

DONT EVER PAY 100% UPFRONT! then he has no reason to follow through since he already has your money. Stay away. However, the way he gets around this is he says (like in other reviews) that he will not do any more work until he has the entire amount.
