Don't let this fool you. Why does one company need 20 websites?
Answer, they want to fool you and get your business one way or another.
I have a red "hartcart" that doesn't run. It ran for the first 2 hours then died and won't get gas.
I can't afford to pay for the repair since Hart Marketing Inc won't fullfill the warranty.
I did some research on Hart Marketing Inc, and Shawn Hart and here is what I found.

Hart Marketing Inc, aka www.hartcarts.com, www.hartmarketinginc.com, bestpriceutvs.com, shawnhartmarketing.com and Shawn Hart
is being sued for unspecified amount for Civil Fruad, Breach of Contract, Misuse of Appropriated Funds, and Criminal Conversion.
The suit alledges Plaintiff paid $26,600 for product and never recieved it.
Apparently the guy paid $26,600 for 8 hartcarts and never recieved them.
Court said suit filed in September 2007 and still ongoing.
I sent a money order to the clerk for a full report of the lawsuit and intend to contact the plaintiff so i can add my claim against Hart Marketing Inc as well.
I really hope consumers will look at this before purchasing and realize the junk he is selling.
He also claims he is the manufacute. After reviewing this, we found the following:
He purchases these utvs from a factory called XY in China. He then pays to have is logo and name put on them.
As well, the US Government and the State of Indian do not list Hart Marketing Inc or Shawn Hart as a manufacture of any products.
I contacted the Indiana Dept of Revenue and they would not comment on an open investigation, but only said there is an active investigation.
As well, the Indiana Bureua of Motor Vehicles does not have Shawn Hart or Hart Markeing Inc registered as a dealer or manufacture of any type of auto or atv or utv.
There may be some truth to what he says, but less then 1% in my opinion.
I say consumers band together and file class action against him.
History shows tax fruad as well, but not specified as he reached a settlement with his first round with the IRS.

I also purchased a 650cc hart cart from hart mfg. When I ordered it I was told it was made in China, there were no claims that hart cart manufactured these machines. Mr. Hart told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get it. I recieved mine in 2 weeks. So far the only problem I had was it took me a couple hours longer to complete the assembly than I expected. (The assembly directions could have been better).I have been very satisfied so far, I have owned it since Sept. 2007 and I use it daily here on the farm.

I recently bought a Hart Cart and realized all this stuff about a lawsuit after I made the purchase. I figured I would not get my product so called with concerns. I was assured of a date and it came and went. I called again and got a ship date and it did ship and I have received the cart and I am very satisfied, for the money you can not go wrong.I would just like to add that if Mr. Hart is such a crook, how come he has a great record with the BBB ?? The only problem I can see is that he has a hard time keeping them in stock.I think there is a little more to the lawsuit than people are willing to tell, but no matter how you look at it I am very pleased with my purchase !!
