Hartford Scientific Research L'envi products Misleading advertising Johns Creek Georgia

I too have been ripped off by Hartford Scientific in connection with their supposed "free trial" of the L'Envi products. The terms and conditions state trial period is 14 days from date of order, but I did not even receive my products until more than 3 weeks because the post office lost my package.  Also, and more importantly, the terms and conditions did not appear until I committed to purchasing the "free trial."  They were below the purchase button.  This is false advertising and should be illegal.  Terms and conditions of the purchase should come before anyone decides to "buy."

I am a senior and cannot afford these outrageous charges.  I spoke to customer service, who just kept repeating the company policy and terms and conditions ad nauseam. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor. So I asked to speak to his boss and he said there were no contact numbers for anyone above his level.  What a ridiculous statement!  Even the CEO should be able to be reached by a consumer.  He cancelled my account and graciously agreed in the spirit of "customer satisfaction" that he would refund 15% of my money, which came to a whopping $25 for the $200 worth of charges.

My checking account is now overdrawn and I have three pending debits that, of course, will each be subject to a $35 overdraft fee.  I want my money refunded and the scam of this company exposed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Central Georgia but don't expect that to make anything happen.  

Can someone out there identify the contact information for a company executive?  Every company in the world can make an executive decision to override company policy and make a full refund.  I am considering filing a class action suit.
