Hartman and Tyner Shaddy practices to avoid utlizing court to obtain a judgment Southfield Michigan

I have disputed charges, Hartman and Tyner has an obligation to obtain a judgement to collect on those disputed charges.  

I have since then, learned these charges were sent to a collection agency.   The collection agency is a third party whose sole purpose to collect on a debt. 

 I have not agreed to these charges and I have contacted Hartman and Tyner several times with no resolution. No one has returned my phone calls or responded to my emails.  My file was sent the collection department within Hartman and Tyner, who communicated my information was sent to a collection agency.  This will be a derogatory mark on my credit report.
