harvard collections erick took my money that was suppose to go to public aid chicago il, Illinois

My name is Donna Hood long time ago I was with public aid because i was unable to raise kids alone and the caseworker I had lost papers I turned in and even though I kept trying to keep up for her when I did get job or such things you had to report, there was times she said I didnt when I know I did but long story short, I have to repay and until here recently I have not been able to save money to pay this off but I contacted DHS who said I had to talk to Harvard collections which I did and they was very ruid first a woman who always seemed to answer when I called would not answer my questions when I tryed to ask questions and kept saying huh huh huh when I asked how did I know where my money was going she kept saying tht and saying how would I steal your money I finally asked her to shut up and id tell her and she kept on so I asked for someone else preferable a male cause everytime I turned around she hung up on me, and I didnt want to talk to her anymore she said how dare I call and ask for a male person and hung up again I kept calling till I got a guy named erick he answerd that question for me and I gave him my credit card information for the money I owed so I could take care of this overpayment I am trying to fix my credit and fix things in my life for better, so I sent 200.00 on 30th of march and 100 on the 31st of march I recieved a letter of confirmation from harvard saying I gave them 100.00 only I called erick back up and asked where my 200.00 went he said its ok its ok we got it i said where is my verification he said we posted it I said I dont see it on my reciept I see 100.00 he said ms hood its ok its just like it suppose to be and I told him I sent 300 total for public aid so I can be done with this I cant afford for it not to be going toward my account he said it is dont worry he said it was deducted but my paper said it wasnt and  i called dhs and asked the operator information they said they only got 75.00 and 35.00 no 300.00 and I was guaranteed the money was going on my bill I cant afford to keep paying people to take my money I wanted to deal with public aid and even asked if there was a lower amount if I could pay jst to be done with all this I want my crdit fixed and at this rate paying ruid people to take my money for nothing, I want to get this taken care of and get my money to public aid please help me keep these crooks from taking public aids money thank you
