Harvey Spector Brenton Wombles Worked for a month no pay independence ky Kentucky

I worked for Harvey Spector AKA Brenton Wombles from May 2018 to June 2018. I was hired for a 9-5 position as the Director of Sales within his business Virtual Assistants of America, LLC. I received one paycheck after 2 weeks.

I hired other people to work under me, and they started to report that their paychecks that were issued by ADP were now bouncing.

Almost a month to the day of depositing my check, mine bounced as well. I have talked to many other individuals that he has either not paid or given fraudulent checks to. His home office was in Independence Kentucky. His new address is: 

201 E 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202   I contacted the dept of labor in my home state, and then after him not complying it was moved to the US dept of labor. They just sent me a letter stating that they didn't have the capacity to help.   He owes be bounce check fees and over 70 hours of pay at $17/hr. Stay far far away from this man!!! I am hoping that enough people can come forward and we can create a case all together and sue him.
