In the Sommer of 2003 i entered into a contract with Harvey Mayo(aka-HMDESIGNS,aka Harvey Mayo Designs)where as i paid him up fromt and in good faith $6,500.00 dollars for (1) Minature Time Machine model,(1) Exact replica of the Tantalus Box used in the Time Machine Movie.After Two and a half years i was able to send a private shipper to Harvy Mayos address to pick a Time Machine Model,This Model was 75% complete as Harvey Mayo had changed the shipping date on me. Harvey Mayo stated he needed more time but i was unwiling to wait any longer. After i received the Model, I have not heard from Harvey. He did not return emails or phone calls. Finally i had to take him to court. He refused to answer any and all corospendence from my lawyer as well as the court.In January i was granted a Default judgemnt against Harvy Mayo & Harvey Mayo designs. Here it is Four years later and i have a 75% completed model, No Tantalus box and a judgement against Harvey Mayo.
