Hastrk2.com hacking and identity theft Internet

I am the victim of ongoing, relentless hacking, identity theft, and harrassment for over two years. 4 computers, 2 wirelessrouters, 32 cell phone and many other devices including 2 of my cars have been hacked. I have 9 police reports and have reported this to numerous federal government agencies. Verizon wireless acknowledges the cell phone hacking, and Verizon residential confirmed my wireless router and home computer hacking. Authorities have not helped me, even though I know of  one of the individuals responsible for the crimes that are actively being commiited against me. The web site that I am reporting is only a small piece  of my identity theft and harassment.  I am desperately seeking help, as I have lost my privacy and fear for my safety.
