Haven Care LLC Sherry Gooddine, Regina Nicole Gooddine Fraudulant group home for the elderly and disabled Hamptom Georgia

Sherry Gooddine and Regina nicole Gooddine rented my home to open a second licensed group home across the street from their first group home. The name of their group home is Haven Care LLC located in Hampton, GA 30228. They were very deceptive in renting my property and use the home for an illegal group home with people they got from hospitals and the veteran center as well as a place for mom and other referral sources. They left the clients in the home by themselves and they set off the alarm one night and the police was called as the alarm was program to my phone and I did not answer the phone when it rang that late at night. I later got another call from the police requesting assistance to let Sherry into the home as she could not find the key to let herself in. She had the key but was trying to let the officer think she could not enter the property as no one was letting them in. I am not sure how they got in but she reported she found the key and later stated she was in the home when the officer arrived. When I asked why did the office call me to come with a key she report it was a misunderstanding. She later reported he went through the home and she was ticketed by clayton county police which is on file for having the people in the home unsupervised. She stated she was there and it was a misunderstanding. She and her daughter ran both group home together. He dauther have a rap sheet spanning several years just put her name in a search and you will see 6-8 mug shot of her. She is not suposed to work with a licensed home with a criminal background even while they were runing the business. She lived in the home and refused to pay rent. I tried working with them and when they were owing 4 months rent I filed eviction which put them at 5 month without rental payment on our home. She went and file bankruptcy 2 days before the eviction hearing and now she gets to stay in our home for 2-5 months or more without paying rent due to the stay they got. I did not know tenants could file bankruptcy and get a stay and you can't get rent and still have to pay for your property while you have to get a lawyer and go through a lengthy and expensive process in getting them out.

Landlords beware learn your rights to protect yourself from bad tenants holding your property hostage legally without vacating your property or paying rent. With regards to the people they had in the home a client reported to Altrus who was using them as a subcontractor who found out they were operating an illegal group home across the street in my home. They pulled their clients and reported them to the state who came out to do an investigation after they relocated the clients that were in my home. They then sublet my home through craigslist which I later found out later. They now have my home and there is nothing I can do until the bankruptcy hearing at which I may not be able to recove damages for them altering my home illegally by turning my dining room into a bedroom and renting out 4 rooms in the home for $400 each and collecting rent from the subletters while not paying rent. Some people just know how to steal what is not theirs but at the end it does not profit them or their children or their children's children for  what a man sow that shall he reap and what goes around comes around. They had reported that the home was license the had the npi #1447697131, Taxonomy #320800000X, Lic#PCH 006808. I am not sure where they got these numbers but they were charging clients $1,500 per month and did not pay rent for the first 2 months by complaining hardship and reporting they did not have anyone in the home while they did and was playing a fools wise game. At the end of the day we may lose our home as we can't continue to pay the bank due to our own finanical needs and responsibilities.
