Haven Protection Bounced check/s Des Moines Iowa

I worked for this company for a short period of time. My first paycheck from them bounced and I was charged a fee from my bank. After I was told from Haven that the reason was because allegedly the bank they use was robbed or hacked. So after this they issued me another check but not on the date they promised. Very poor communication by this company. However the new check is from the same bank they gave me the first check from. I have submitted this deposit over to my bank however that was several hours ago and so far nothing so I’m sure it’ll bounce again. I have been made aware this has had happened in the past to several employees and I do have documented evidence of such. I recommend avoiding this place if you want a job. You’ll spend more time going back and forth on empty promises through emails they won’t respond to or phone calls they won’t answer. They will hide in their office and pretend they are closed. They will not respond to you and if they do they act like they don’t know what’s going on. I am so sick and tired of going back-and-forth downtown and feeding a parking meter just to get a check that’s going to bounce. You will waste your time if you apply here because you most likely won’t see your pay and he will be driving over 40 miles to get to work for 12 measly dollars an hour. There are no benefits no nothing with this company stay far away from them you were hear lies lies and more lies from them. Most unprofessional place ever.
