I am a current employee of Hawaiian Falls Waterpark in the Colony, Texas. I am coming forward because if they fire me, I will start a class action lawsuit against them with other employees that work here and at other locations.  I have worked here for almost 2 years now and I have to come forward and seak about the UNSPEAKABLE ACTS that are going on here. Discrimination runs RAMPANT here- Sexual and Racial. 

They refuse to hire blacks- they refer to them as "stupid minorities that often carry diseases from Africa".  This was spoken by our general manager, Evan Barnett.  This is the same feeling across the boad with all of upper management.  They refused to hire several black people since I have worked here.  I was privy to some of their interviews.  Evan Barnett said they were either "too back" or "too GHETTO". 

Also, they is sexual harassment and discrimination going on here with some of the employees.  The older male employees are trying to take advantage of the younger 16 year old girls that work here.  I try to stop it, but I have been threatened that I would loose my job already.  One of the male managers even put his hand down a 17 year old girls bathing suit and offered her a "promotion" if she would sleep with him.  This girl was a very close fried of mine.  She refuses to come forward because she needs the job- she helps support her younger brothers and sisters. 

Hawaiian Falls is DISGUSTING! I am in the process of trying to stop this behavior from continuing.  If I get fired,I will be back on here with a update of what happened.  Thanks all for readin!
