Quick summary - two rebates sent in and received Sept, 2005. They have been completed step 2 of 4, need to be processed and sent out, no problems with the rebates or anything like that. Sept, 2006, was promised they would be sent out in 3 weeks. Since then, not a single response to email or phone messages. I keep phoning their so-called customer service line, as well as their rebate line, no one ever answers, and no response to messages. I can't get anyone on the phone! Any, any suggestions would be much appreciated, a name & phone number, anything that has worked for you, there is no way they should get away with this...
