Hawking Technology Rebate Ripoff! Promised rebate for $75.00 Canadian when bought at BESTBUY in Oct16/05 Irvine California

It finally arrived in my mailbox 2 checks from Hawking Technology Inc totaling $75.00 Canadian. They're in the bank and now just waiting to see if they bounce. Here's crossing my fingers.Thanks for having this site to help some of rant and warn other people of the ripoffs.

Well bought their router and promised a $75.00 rebate and now The Better Business Bureau says 1 complaint from me against Hawking every 3 years. So kiss that money good-bye. Looking for some 'free' advice? Don't buy it if it has a mail-in bebate coz' you'll probably never see the money and that's the way these companies want it. Since writing my first report I've contacted via email the Better Business bureau and also a Mr.Dario DellaMaggiore Director of Sales & Marketing
Hawking Technologies and he assures me a check will be cut in 2 weeks for my rebate of $75.00.I've heard that one before about 20 times once the computer problem is fixed.Thanks for letting me rant and hope my check comes in and good luck everybody else.
