Hawthorne Watch Authorized Watch Dealer, Authorized to STEAL! Ripped me off $153.55! Palmdale California

So, you want a nice watch at a fair price? Try the guy standing on the corner; at least you know upfront you're most likely going to get ripped off.

I have been wanting a sterling silver watch for quite some time. Not a whole lot of them out there. So, after weeks of searching and researching, my sweet husband placed an order with Hawthorne Watch Company. Hawthorne claims to have been in business since 1947, and to be an authorized dealer of Android, Citizen, Croton, and Invicta watches.

Prior to placing the order, my husband spoke to a sales associate at Hawthorne by the name of Leah. She was quite helpful, and even stated she personally owned the watch we were looking to buy. We talked it over, and he placed the order on-line through their website.

The transaction was confirmed via email, a shipping notice was sent via email, and the money was sucked out of our account. My husband paid additional for priority shipping, as I am not a patient woman. But, the watch has never arrived. It's been 17 days - quite enough time to have received the watch in 2-3 days specified for shipping.

This company has not returned any of the dozens of phone calls, (funny thing - only get the voice mail since placing the order)not have they responded to any of the numerous email inquiries.

Please help me out if you can, and if you can't, learn from my experience. Thanks for reading this! I will keep you updated if there are future developments. Hopefully this matter will get resolved, because I've only just begun my quest for justice.
