Ordered a patio lounge chair on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Got email confirmation of my order. Had to call on Friday the 16th to see if it shipped. Was told it would ship later that day. It was picked up at 4:30 pm according to their records. Today is May 22nd and all I can find out from Hayneedle is that it's on its way. It must be coming by a slow boat from China. The shipper, Home Direct, can not be reached by phone. You are repeatedly placed on hold so long (20min) that the line disconnects. I wanted the lounger for this Memorial Day weekend (10 days after order date) but it looks like a no show. The website just show "In Transit". I reside in Georgia. The Hayneedle people tell me that when I ordered the chair, I was notified that delivery would be between the 26th and 29th which was UNTRUE. Had I known upfront I would have never ordered from them.

Had to resort to filing a complaint thru Paypal. Greatful I paid using this method. Paypal reviewed the case and ruled in my favor and I will be getting a full refund. Be careful if you decide to purchase thru Hayneedle, Inc, they use a lousy shipping company to save money on your "free shipping" iems and the consumer has to suffer in the long run.
