Haynes Furniture Haynes sold me bad furniture from the beginning newport news Virginia

   I purchased Haynes furniture in May 2013. In August I had a issue with the pillow for the sofa not being set properly. The sofa wore pillow wore out from normal wear and tear. No one is on the house but me but the pillow wore out. They changed the pillow. 3 months roll by I have another pillow wear out.Technician comes out and he tears the pillow cushion during the replacement. Cushions out  but no technician to replace it. So finally in June 2014 the leg on the chair breaks off and haynes tells me that they not going to replace the leg or do anything. I'm basically on my own. Please don't buy Haynes furniture its crap and they dont stand behind it. Customer service is rude.The lady told me they not doing anything.
