Hays And Associates cheated, lied, deceitful, and straight out robbed Tustin, California

I was using the computer at school (teacher) and Jaime Alarcon called me and told me that it was my home that we were talking about.  He told me that their fee was $2995 so I agreed and they took that out of my account at the bank.  Jaime had a person call me and qualify me for the loan modification and of course, I qualified.  It took about a year and 6 times that I submitted documents for them to get me an answer.  The bank denied me any loan modification, so I called the company (paul dunari) and talked to Mr. Hays.  He gave a song and dance number, telling me that he didn't have $3000. He told me that he had a higher person to deal with and that was his person.

He then asked me who was handling my shortsale on my home.  I told him that I had a real estate person handling this, even I didn't have anyone.  He wrote me a letter, which I have in my possession, wishing me good luck in the future and that was it.
