Hays Law Center Taken Thousands for Loan Modifications-All correspondance ignored once paid in full, Internet

Spoke with Jeff Goldman at lenth in March 2010,provided documents multiple times since they were lost over and over by fax.Paid close to $10,000 for three loan modifications since I was told basically what I would get based on my financial situation.I was told 3-4 months dont worry all three will be done.

Well Mr. Goldman got annoyed when I question him May 12 why I am sending the same information over and over and over and they claim they didnt get it.

I contacted Attorney Jeff Goldman nearly 20-25 times by e-mail, mail, telephone and all correspondence with him ceased once he was paid.

The Office says he no longer works there but the bank posted an auction notice to sell my house last week.. when he was hired in March to get the loan modified.

All complaints are only against Mr. Goldman since he promises the sky and cuts off all contact once he is paid.

The Office still has not told me the status of my loan modifications that were paid in full in early June.. Please help me out Im desperate.
