After 9 months all I got for my $3,000 was a mitigation mortgage, which is more than original loan. These people are scammers. There is really never a lawyer that works on your case. It is a "negotiator" that does nothing more than what you can do. These are the most dishonest people I have encountered. They have no remorse for what they are doing to seniors or anyone else. The will give you a line of crap, don't be suckered in. I wish there was a way to sue these scammers, but apparently there is not. There should be since no lawyer ever handles your case and all the negotiators do is pass paperwork you provide to them to your lender. What is this world coming to? Beware!! Because they have scammed so many folks they now operate under the name of Triad Law.
