received notice to appear at Philadelphia Bar Association for need to appear at deposition o testify concerning all assests and property you own which may be subject to executionto pay judgement owed by you to the Plantiff. (MIDLAND FUNDIND, LLC. I have recived no notice prior than this except an occaisional "reduced" payment. The original debtor was TARGET National Bank.

Stae in the letter that a Judement was entered against me on a 10 + year creit card debt. I do not have the money, We have taken our pensions and 401(k) to meet current bills. Is this real??? Do I need to show up?
