Continues to call my 82 year old father despite fact the debt does not appear in his name. Refuses to send original creditor information because it is not his. Starts calling at 8AM and contines to call every 15 minutes.
They use some sort of pre recorded device and there is never anyone on the calls. When calling back the number, which is different than all the numbers on their letterhead, you just get promises it will stop.
Now they are threatening getting a judgment however they are still not providing any information on the source or original debtor.
Because my Dad is elderly and hard of hearing he is getting really upset about their threats. Nothing will make them stop.

Do not answer the phone

I would call the phone company imforming them that your father is getting harassing phone calls from the same caller every 15 minuites every day and you want the # blocked from callling his residense and if it shows unknown on the caller ID that you take no calls from blocked calls. I would not even answer the phone when they call.
