 I paid $2500 to secure a loan, was "approved" and looked at several homes. According to Flavio they did not fit the program. He then stopped answering my calls. I then spoke with a young Asian lady and looked at yet another home/ dump and told me I needed to put $5000 more down. She then stopped taking my calls. I was given Barry Powers phone number he was very nice the 1st time I spoke to him but then failed to respond to my calls. He finally answered one day and when I asked for my refund he responded "I've been advised by my attorney not to answer any questions" and hung up. They ripped me off when I was very vulnerable.
