HBS Billing Services, meganetnews.com Ripoff took me to the cleaners San Antonio Texas

I would like to terminate my account at meganetnews.com because of the poor service, which just keeps getting worse, over the past several months. And now they want to mess around with even being able to use the system at all. They shut me out of their system without even sending any sort of message about doing so. They have my e-mail address on their web site account management system with which they could tell me what's going on but fail to do so.

Last year I had to actually replace a credit card number because of a place just like HBS Billing Services, and "Meganetnews," that gave me a very hard time about shutting down an internet service provider account. These people seem to ignore their e-mail from customers requesting service up untill the point where they are threatened with legal action.

As soon as I told them that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau, which I have done already, and the Texas State Attorney General's office, all of a sudden they restored my ability to access their system.

All I really want to do is to get part of my money back from them and shut the account down because of their lack of quality service. They don't seem to have any phone numbers to call anyone. And there is no word of where they are actually physically located. I know now that it was a mistake on my part to get mixed up with a place like this.

Last year around the middle of October I paid 99 dollars and 50 cents for a one-year subscription to their service. I am about 4 and a half months into that billing cycle. I figure they should owe me about 60 dollars if I can get this service cancelled. I notified them that I have stopped even trying to access their system as of March 17, 2005.

Because of what happened last year I am worried about staying on "Meganetnews" system and then having them try to stick my credit card with another 100 dollars come this October.

I have already contacted my credit card provider and notified them that I do not wish to have anything to do with HBS Billing Services and Meganetnews come this October.

I dread doing business with people like HBS Billing Services and Meganetnews.
