HC Processing promotion APR and late fees Springdale Arkansas

I am also currently in the process with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas, against this very same company, HC Processing.

I completely agree with you in that this company HC Processing is way out of control. I have had such a nightmare problem with them as well, same exactly as yours in that they claim I was late more than 30 days with my payment, which is not true at all.. I paid for my Select Comfort Bed in full $2518 dollars, through this so called crediting company HC Processing, within 90 days of my purchase of the bed. HC Processing never sent me a bill. Then, they claimed that they sent it to my OLD ADDRESS, and that it was my fault that they did that! Why in God's name would they send the bill to my old address?? This company is full of liars and fraud. They added on extra late fees, as well as higher interest to my total amount due, and I still had never received any type of bill from them. I even paid their added unlegitimate fees, just in order so that I could hopefully end my nightmare with them. They would then not close my account with them for months afterward, even though I had paid in full for the account!

I had to make numerous requests that they close my account, and when they finally did this past May, they left on the remark that I was late more than 30 days, when I never was and it is just a flat out lie on their part. When I call them on the phone, they have hung up on me more than once. They are Super Rude. They also had a negative affect on my credit score, my score dropping because of their comment on my account that I was late, which they refuse to remove, despite the fact that I paid for the account in full with one check payment. I would love to band with you or anyone else to complete complaints against this company and expose them for the Rip Off Artists that they are!!

I have contacted and emailed several time the BBB of Ark where HC processing is from. they (HC) is still claiming that my payments were late even though it was made through the web page. Some of my payments werelongerthanthe two days they said it would take to post. The BBB has sent me several replies that HC has came back with. I would suggest that anyone having a APR that was lost due to an early payment or a payment that was posted on the web site contact the BBB of ARK. We need to band together and stop companies like this from using tactics like these. I just can not believe that a company bowflex would be in business with a company that treats it's customser like HC Processing does...
